As 2025 comes to a close, we would like to thank our customers for their continued collaboration. This year marks a special milestone: UNOQUIP turned three years old in October. Since 2022, our customers' feedback and trust have shaped our development and continue to guide our priorities.
Customer Survey 2025 – Feedback at a Glance
We recently completed our mid-2025 customer survey, and we are pleased to share the results:
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 77.4% - a strong indicator of trust and satisfaction
- Promoters: 80.6% of respondents
- Detractors: Only 3.2%
- Engagement: 42% of respondents shared written comments, offering detailed user insights.

Consistently High Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction has remained consistently high compared to our previous survey in December 2024, when UNOQUIP achieved an Net Promoter Score of 78.1%.
